“This apartment is perfect in every way! ”

This apartment is perfect in every way! The location amazing surrounded by so many shops and sites to see! It is very very close to the Spanish Steps and in such a fun area! Sarah was wonderful on communication and Daniel helped us get into the apartment and went over everything we needed to know! The apartment is even better than the pictures. We will definitely be staying here again! There were 8 of us, and we still had plenty of room.

“Location could not be better...”

Location could not be better, in an excellent area and close to everything. Apartment is spacious, nicely renovated and decorated - tasteful and practical at the same time. 4 bathrooms were a big plus, not easy to find in Europe. Any minor issues were taken care of the same or next day, depending on urgency. Highly recommended. Given the location in the middle of the city, it can be noisy - not an issue during the daytime, but it can be at night.

“Fantastic location near the Spanish steps. ”

Fantastic location near the Spanish steps. Well organized, with rapid and helpful responses to my questions. They organized my transport to and from the airport, and quickly accommodated a last-minute change due to a flight delay. It’s in the heart of a very busy section, and yet quiet at night. It slept our family of six comfortably, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. And important for Rome in the summer, which can be very sweaty, there was a washing machine. We would definitely stay there again.

“WOW!!”

WOW! ! If you are traveling with family stop looking at any other place and PICK THIS ONE. We have never been to Rome and didn’t know what to expect but this house was seriously as good as it gets. About 5 mins walk to Spanish Steps, 10 mins to Trevi Fountain, 20 mins to Colosseum / Roman Forum. 4 bathrooms is great. Each of the 3 rooms has its own En-suite bathroom. Two Living room areas each equipped with their own coffee machine and fridge. Private entrance with keypad entry to get into the building and then elevator to get to the 5th floor. Once inside you will have the BEST VIEWS FROM THE WINDOWS! ! When we come back to Rome we will stay here again!

“We loved the place!”

We loved the place! It was perfect for the 6 of us. It was super close to everything and we could walk everywhere. The only issue we had was no hot water and no heat. We tried to turn up the thermostat and we assumed we kept running out of hot water since we were all taking hot showers at the same time. We later learned when it was too late, the hot water heater had to be reset. Other than that, it was truly a great place for our family!

“Cargese’s house was perfectly located...”

Cargese’s house was perfectly located to excellent restaurants and tourist attractions. It was a great space for my family’s trip (3 couples) and allowed us enough space to hang out and enjoy the space. The elevator in the building was very nice to have as well. The space was clean with televisions in every bedroom as well as bathrooms for each couple. The beds and linens were comfortable. Cargese was very responsive to any requests we had and even assisted us with transportation for our group. There is a taxi stand located right outside of the building as well so we could easily get to places further away. We enjoyed our stay here and would return for another when we come back to Rome.

“We were a group of six adults and a baby...”

We were a group of six adults and a baby. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean, it has everything you need when travelling with a baby, and also a big plus is having private bathroom for each bedroom. The location is also perfect, easy to reach, surrounded by restaurants and shops. We had all the main attractions at walking distance and used the metro at Piazza di Spagna for longer distances. Easy check-in and check-out process, the communication with our host was straightforward.

“Great for our family of 2 adults and 4 children...”

Great for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. Sarah's communication was great as we worked our way to the apartment. The apartment is clean and well located. The air conditioning worked well for our June trip. If we had any issue, Sarah was able to quickly communicate to us a solution or send someone over to fix the issue. Only minor point is that basic amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, etc) are only provide for the first day or two. If you stay for an extended amount, please be prepared to resupply those amenities on your own.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of room, GREAT location, safe, clean and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and our whole family loved it. The hosts had wonderful communication and even helped organize an airport transfer for us that was also perfect. “We loved this apartment. ”

We loved this apartment. The quality of the furnishings was terrific. All of the 3 bedrooms and beds are large and comfortable. And each bedroom had a high quality private bath. Plus there is a full extra bath in the main hall if you are using the pull out couch. Daniel was super helpful in getting us checked into our place and was able to allow us to store our bags early. The washing machine was helpful to clean some clothes during our trip. We recommend and would gladly return.

“This apartment was PERFECT for me and my family...”

This apartment was PERFECT for me and my family. The apartment was in a prime location and was the nicest place we have ever stayed in honestly. It js walking distance to everything. We didn't take a bus or a metro at all, we walked everywhere. The Spanish steps are literally one turn away. Grocery shop right on the same street, pizzeria and restaurants too. We visited Rome as a family of seven, five adults and two childre aged 2 and 4. The size of this apartment gave us all the space we needed to wind down after a busy day of exploring. The kitchen is well equipped with pots pans utensils etc to fix meals. coffee was provided. We even arranged our transportation from the airport and back through the host. Making our visit to Rome hassle free. highly recommend!

“Perfect place for a stay in the heart of Rome...”

Perfect place for a stay in the heart of Rome. Spanish Steps just around the corner. Trevi Fountain less than 10 minutes walk away. Apartment was quiet, spacious and well equipped, the pictures describe it perfectly. You hardly need leave the street because there are great restaurants right on your doorstep. Sarah our host was really helpful. Answered all questions promptly and gave us helpful advice about all kinds of things. Worthwhile knowing for instance that there is a baggage storage facility on the same street so if your have a late flight there's somewhere to leave them after you've checked out of the apartment. Would stay again if visiting Rome.

“TOP!”

This well appointed, beautifully decorated and well laid out apartment is 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps, the Spagna metro station, and walkable to Rome's major attractions (the Colosseum, Forum, Capitoline Museum, Pantheon, Colonna Palace Gallery, Trevi Fountain, Borghese Museum and more.) As soon as you step out the door you are surrounded by wonderful local restaurants and great shopping. There is a grocery store down the street less than 2 minutes away - very handy. The three bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms down a hallway, a fourth bathroom off the living/dining room/kitchen ensures enough room for everyone. The windows all face a courtyard providing a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of Rome's busy streets. Our family of 4 and a family friend (in their mid twenties) enjoyed our 9 nights at this lovely apartment. Sarah, Cargese host, was most helpful in arranging transport to and from the airport, and suppling us with additional info about the area.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic. Extremely clean and modern, but still retained some of the classic old Rome design. The location was perfect - lots of great restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood and close to main attractions, but far enough away from the crowded and touristy main piazzas. The hosts responded quickly to any questions and issues, and helped us arrange travel to and from the airport. We would absolutely stay here again.

Grand appartement très bien localisé qui permet de se rendre à pied à toutes les attractions majeures. Super service de transport- fiable et chauffeur sympathique. Quartier animé les vendredis et samedis soirs mais chambres bien insonorisées avec fenetres fermees. Plusieurs commerces à proximité: epicerie, divers restos dejeuners ou soupers et gelateria. Appartement propre et lits confortables. Vue intéressante des fenêtres au 3e etage (petit ascenseur utile pour bagages). Les 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain en font un appartement ideal pour une famille avec 3 ou 4 enfants ou 2 familles. Excellente communication avec l’hôte Merci!

Excellent location, near restaurants, attractions, gelato. Very walkable. Host was very responsive and helpful, including booking car service to and from airport and grocery service. Great spot when traveling with older kids/teens because everyone has their own space. 10-15 minute walk to everything from the Vatican to the Colloseum.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, easy to find, and close to so many shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helped us with scheduling a taxi from the air port and then later to the train station. The apartment was clean, there were extra blankets, and complimentary coffee. There was also a lift, that although it was not working on our first day was fixed by our second and was very handy!! Would definitely recommend!!

“This is the perfect location ...”

This is the perfect location to walk to all major attractions! Add in some wonderful bars and eateries within stumbling distance and its a great place to experience and explore Rome. Clean and well appointed in a very secure building with the added bonus of the host arranging airport transfers and being on hand to meet us at the apartment. Highly recommend this space as being central to all the major sites. Comfortable and very well appointed - hard to fault and reluctant to leave!

“This rental really checked all the boxes for our 5-day Christmas holiday ...”

This rental really checked all the boxes for our 5-day Christmas holiday stay in Rome. It had enough space for our extended family of 7 (3 seniors aged 80, 75 and 73, and our 2 kids aged 15 and 7). The furnishings and beddings were good, the place was clean. The best thing about it is the central location, the quietness/ peacefulness of the apartment, despite being in a central location. Communication with the host was good and check-in and check-out was good. The two things that didn’t work out for us were that there was cigarette smell (and we are sensitive to the smell), and the dishwasher was not working. Other than that, everything else was very good. If those issues were mitigated we would like to return to the same place in our future travels.

“ich weiß gar nicht...”

ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll: bei dem netten Empfang von Daniel, die super Lage der Wohnung oder die Hilfsbereitschaft als uns ein Missgeschick passiert ist. Wir waren am Anfang nur zu zweit und später kam noch unsere Tochter dazu und ich kann nur sagen, das die Wohnung dafür optimal ist. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war die überagende Lage: die Engelsburg, der Vatikan, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori alles fußläufig. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Luxury apartment on a cute Italian street in the perfect area that's quieter but still walking distance to everything-15mins to Vatican, 30mins to colluseum. Nice and cool, good air conditioning in all living areas/bedroom. Very clean . Well equiped kitchen. Nice completely dark bedroom so easy to sleep in. Very organised host, easy communication and perfect check in. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

“Wonderful condo”

Wonderful condo located in the heart of Rome, you can walk anywhere from here and while it is in a quiet block (which is exactly what you want after a busy sightseeing day), you are only a walk away from all the major sights! The condo is clean and modern, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The AC is fantastic everywhere - and we visited in July, it was extremely hot so it felt heavenly to walk into the cool apartment every day! The host Sarah is very responsive and organized everything for us from transportation to the condo to putting us in touch with Katia, the best tour guide in Rome! I can’t recommend this condo and Sarah enough, we had the best time ever and can’t wait to be back!

L'appartement est très bien placé et facile à vivre. La communication est simple et rapide. Nous avons pu visiter les quatre coins de Rome à pieds sans aucun souci. La possibilité de réserver une navette est un vrai confort.

“I highly recommend this apartment...”

I highly recommend this apartment, the location was spot on right in the middle of the center,4 min walk to Spanish steps, 10 min to all other attractions. Supermarkets, pharmacy and great restaurants all on the same street as the apartment. And if you love shopping you are in the best location. I will definitely stay there again. I was very impressed with service I received from the best in room crew they were very professional and accommodating well deserving of 5 star rating. Hanada

We very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable experience. “This was the perfect location ”

This was the perfect location for any and everything you want to do in Rome. In the heart of shopping, dining and an easy walk to all the great sites. The apt is well furnished, beautiful kept and quite spacious; it was a fantastic launching pad for our family of four. The host was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

“Wonderful experience”

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location! Great space for a large group or family to stay. Each bedroom has its own heating and cooling system. Bathrooms were new and in good condition. Kitchen was appropriate for preparing simple meals. Prompt response from the management team on any questions we had. Overall just a wonderful experience!

“Excellent kitchen facilities, extremely comfortable beds and a large lounge in which to relax.”

This is a fantastic place for a family or a group of (friendly) adults. The location would be extremely hard to beat; there are excellent restaurants and cafes both immediately downstairs and then a range of grocers, cafe’s, bars and restaurants within an easy walk of the apartment. It is possible to walk to virtually all the major tourist sites from this location. Excellent kitchen facilities, extremely comfortable beds and a large lounge in which to relax. We would actively seek to stay here again!
