Daniel and the team was great. Patient and helpful! Even helped arrange transportation to airport. It was nice to be able to do laundry. So close to many sites. Groceries, shops, pharmacies, restaurants all nearby. Very quiet property. A taxi stop is right across the street!
10/10 “What a fantastic apartment! ”
What a fantastic apartment! This was our second trip to Rome, and our family of five adults will definitively look to stay here again for any future trips. The third-floor apartment is in an excellent location, which is close enough to tourist locations (5 minute walk to Piazza Navona), while still being in a quaint neighborhood away from tourist traps (3 minute walk to an authentic, hidden piazza, along with gelato and restaurants with locals right next door). The nightlife is bustling, which is only a little noisy in the street-side bedroom. The owners were extremely responsive before and during our stay. They allowed us to drop off our luggage and go through the check-in procedures at 11:00 am (when the previous occupants left), and the apartment was cleaned while we explored Rome until our 3:00 official occupancy time. The owners also arranged affordable, reliable transportation for our trips from and to the airport. The interior of the apartment was exceptionally clean. It was modern, with each bedroom having plenty of storage to unpack suitcases and its own private en suite bathroom. Each guest received one set of towels, and we purchased an additional set for each person for a nominal fee. Two of the bedrooms had king-sized beds, and while the third bedroom had two twin beds, the owners were very accommodating and converted the beds into a single, king-sized bed before our arrival. Each bedroom had its own television and air conditioning system. The windows throughout the apartment could be opened, which made it very airy and bright. Even though the kitchen is not large, we were easily able to cook breakfast, store snacks in the full-sized fridge and freezer, and run the dishwasher. We were also able to do laundry in the washer/dryer combo, with detergent included with the apartment. The WiFi worked very well. The living room seating was comfortable, and the owners left a booklet with information about local restaurants on the coffee table. Also, the elevator to the apartment consistently worked. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would gladly stay in this apartment again.
