Great location!! It’s on the 5th floor with a lift. All of the rooms had AC, bathroom and queen size bed.

This rental really checked all the boxes for our 5-day Christmas holiday stay in Rome. It had enough space for our extended family of 7 (3 seniors aged 80, 75 and 73, and our 2 kids aged 15 and 7). The furnishings and beddings were good, the place was clean. The best thing about it is the central location, the quietness/ peacefulness of the apartment, despite being in a central location. Communication with the host was good and check-in and check-out was good. The two things that didn’t work out for us were that there was cigarette smell (and we are sensitive to the smell), and the dishwasher was not working. Other than that, everything else was very good. If those issues were mitigated we would like to return to the same place in our future travels.

The three modern and elegant double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom are furnished to make you feel at your own home, the soundproofed windows will let you have peaceful sleeps!
The whole apartment is covered by free wi-fi, air-conditioning and a smart TV available in each room!
We provide our guests all the necessary linen (sheets , towels ) if during your stay you need and extra cleaning we can organize it (rate is € 100 to pay cash)
Guests will have full access to the whole apartment.This apartment has been completely renovated, brand new refurbished flat , can accommodate up to 8 people. Your stay in Rome will be unforgettable.
The apartment is NO SMOKING!
Check in is from 3 pm until 7 pm.
For an early checkin there is a fee of 15€, if we don't have guests checking out.
There's an extra charge of €80 for any check in from 8 pm until 10 pm.
Checkin after 10 pm ON REQUEST.
