This luxury charming duplex suite can be found on the third floor of a historical building (no lift), located a few steps from Via Giulia and Via Margutta, the world-renowned antique quarters in Rome.
Provided with luxury amenities and equipment, the apartment stretches over a two-level surface. The lower level features a living room with sofa bed , PC and TV . A kitchen equipped with all the necessary facilities(oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine), dining area can be found on the upper level together with the master bedroom and its newly renovated ensuite bathroom.
We provide our guests with all the necessary linen (sheets , towels ).
The living area features high wood ceilings, a sofa bed for two, an armchair with pouf for a relaxing rest,a personal computer and printer.
The flat boasts a unique strategic position in the very heart of the popular Baroque area of the eternal City. A small area of “vicoli” and squares, each one embellished by historically important churches and monuments, lead to the three main attractions of the area: Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and the Pantheon. Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican City are a few steps ahead. On the opposite side of the oldest bridge in Rome, Ponte Sisto, is the lively and historical districy of Trastevere , with its artisan shops, the beautiful Santa Maria In Trastevere Cathedral and a number of cozy restaurants and trendy cafés.

Air conditioning: Help us to help the environment, please use the air conditioning only in case of real need and please do not forget to switch off the machines when unnecessary.
Electricity: For the same reason, please pay particular attention to turn off the lights when you are not at home.

The apartment is NO SMOKING!

Check in is from 3 pm until 7 pm.
For an early checkin there is a fee of 15€, if we don't have guests checking out.
There's an extra charge of €80 for any check in from 8 pm until 10 pm.
Checkin after 10 pm ON REQUEST.
