Thebestinrome Vite is a house for vacations placed in the heart of historical centre of Rome, located on the 4th floor with lift of a typical Roman palace.

Recently renovated, it is just few steps from Piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti and from the most important shopping streets of Rome (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Frattina, Via del Corso)

The three modern and elegant double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom are furnished to make you feel at your own home, the soundproofed windows will let you have peaceful sleeps!
The whole apartment is covered by free wi-fi, air-conditioning and a smart TV available in each room!
We provide our guests all the necessary linen for the stay (sheets , towels )

The living room provide a comfortable double sofa bed and its own bathroom with shower .
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, Kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and iron board, pots and pans) to make your own meals and enjoy the open space with a large table for 8 people!
It’s great location is less than 5-minute walking from Spagna Metro Station (line A) that will take you in 3 stops at the main train station of Rome “Termini Station”
HOUSE RULES
Air conditioning: Help us to help the environment, please use the air conditioning only in case of real need and please do not forget to switcj off the machines when unnecessary.
Electricity: For the same reason, please pay particular attention to turn off the lights when you are not at home.
The apartment is NO SMOKING!


Check in is from 3 pm until 7 pm.
For an early checkin there is a fee of 15€, if we don't have guests checking out.
There's an extra charge of €80 for any check in from 7 pm until 10 pm.
Checkin after 10 pm ON REQUEST.
