Amazing place located near the Spanish steps and within walking distance of everything. The apartment was very spacious for our family. The team was helpful and great to work with. It was perfect for us.

The location is just amazing and the apartment is very comfortable for a large group. My mother has some issues with walking - but the apartment was perfect for her. NO steps into the building, reliable elevator, and no steps (except one tiny steps) inside the apartment and it has walk-in showers. Very clean. Great communication. The sofabeds were very comfortable and the street noise was almost totally blocked out by the windows - so no worries about it even though it's on a busy street. GREAT overall experience. They were very nice at check-in. One note - just bring a couple extra rolls of TP and shampoo/soap as they only supply a days worth.

This spacious apartment is suitable for families, friends or couples (it can accommodate 10 people) wishing to spend a relaxing holiday in the eternal city.
Recently renovated, it is just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti and from the most important shopping streets of Rome (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Frattina, Via del Corso). The central location close to the major attractions allow you to enjoy a NO-stress holiday.
The three modern and elegant bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms, have soundproofed windows that will allow you to sleep peacefully!
2 confortable king size sofabeds are in the two livingrooms.
Two of the four bathrooms have bathtub and two have the showers, all bathrooms have hairdryers.
The whole apartment is covered by free wi-fi, air-conditioning and there is a smart TV available in each room.
The kitchen is fully equipped , you will find all you need to prepare your meals (dishwasher , oven , refrigerator , Nespresso machine, kettle , cutlery, washing machine , dishes and pots)
For sure you will enjoy your stay in our marvellous apartment located in the heart of the ancient Rome!
Check in is from 3 pm until 7 pm.
For an early checkin there is a fee of 15€, if we don't have guests checking out.
There's an extra charge of €80 for any check in from 8 pm until 10 pm.
