Located a few steps away from the beautiful Piazza del Popolo, with its monumental twin Churches, and near the beautiful park of Villa Borghese, this luxurious charming apartment filled with cozy, warm colors on the second floor of a building with lift. Consists of three bedrooms ( queen bed size), all with private bathroom with shower and flat screen TV, a large living area with post-modern large table and chairs, a comfortable sofa bed for two, flat screen television, armchairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire structure is covered by wireless network and air conditioning to provide great comfort even during the hottest months of the year. The rooms, like the rest of the apartment, are furnished to make our guests’ stays comfortable in a stylish yet functional environment. The kitchen features an oven, a toaster, the Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, bread toaster, electric kettle.
We provide our guests with all the necessary linen (sheets , towels )

The apartment boasts a strategic location in the historic center of Rome. The closest metro station is Piazzale Flaminio (Line A) and is just a few steps away.

Within walking distance you can find the Spanish Steps, Piazza Barberini and the Vatican City.
A walk in the vast park of Villa Borghese, the green heart of Rome will lead you to the magnificent Modern and Contemporary National Art Gallery where you can find the singular National Etruscan Museum and the main attraction of the villa represented by the Borghese Gallery and Museum with its art galleries and the wonderful sculptures by the famous sculptor Gian Lorenzo Bernini. The Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori are less than 2 kilometers away and are, therefore, easily accessible on foot or using the electric shuttle departing from Via del Corso, the core of Roman shopping together with the adjacent Via Condotti, Via Frattina and Via di Ripetta.
The property is ideal for groups of family and friends but it also lends itself perfectly to business travel groups.

HOUSE RULES
Air conditioning: Help us to help the environment, please use the air conditioning only in case of real need and please do not forget to switcj off the machines when unnecessary.
Electricity: For the same reason, please pay particular attention to turn off the lights when you are not at home.

Check in is from 3 pm until 7 pm.
For an early checkin there is a fee of 15€, if we don't have guests checking out.
There's an extra charge of €80 for any check in from 8 pm until 10 pm.
Checkin after 10 pm ON REQUEST.
